Introducing the Artist Series in collaboration with Đạt Nguyễn from Đà Lạt, Vietnam.
For this series, Đạt creates two original artwork, "Singing in the Rain" and "Book Cover.' Together with our Kaarem Studio production team, we hand-rolled each artwork on our tote using the method of lithography.

Singing in the rain tote
"Saigon is slowly going under water and I think of about the future. It offers an optimistic point of view, at least we can sing in the rain. Struggling with the current while we walk and we also find a will or way to sing."

Book Cover Tote
"The rain is different with the humidity of the weather. In Saigon, you welcome the rain because of the heat; rain brings fresh air. In Đà Lạt, it’s wet and cold.
Rain comes suddenly and you grab anything to cover yourself. A book is nice to grab in an emergency; it’s not a good thing to do to the book but it’s a nice to cover for yourself momentarily for a few seconds... A natural reaction to the rain." - Đạt Nguyễn
Đạt's current book readings: Etgar Keret, short stories.
"Funny and dark."
