Delta Lemongrass Dried Herb
Delta Lemongrass is grown and harvested in Tiền Giang in Southern Vietnam. As a vital ingredient in Vietnamese cuisine and other Asian cultures like Thai, lemongrass adds an unmistakable zest to a wide array of dishes including marinades, soups, and stir-fries. This versatile dried herb is an indispensable part of your pantry.
The lemongrass’s subtle undertone of sweetness gives a harmonious balance, creating a flavor profile that's both bold and bright. This unique combination of citrus and sweetness makes it an exceptional choice for those seeking a fresh, flavorful dried herb for their kitchen.
Vân Vân's dried herbs retain much of their original colors, flavors, and aroma thanks to the innovative dehydration process.
Use in place of fresh lemongrass. Rehydrate this vibrant dried herb, and add equal parts of water and Delta Lemongrass in a small bowl. Let it bloom for one to two minutes before cooking.

Vân Vân was founded by Thảo Bùi & Duy Võ in 2022 to bring the flavors of Việt Nam to your kitchen. After college, they moved to New York, despite dealing with immigration challenges and struggling to live in the city, they never lost sight of their dream: starting a business that paid homage to our native Việt Nam. But things took a dramatic turn in 2022 when Thảo was diagnosed with a brain tumor, blurring the line between life and death. After a grueling 16-hr long surgery, Thảo emerged victorious. During her recovery, she developed a newfound appreciation for life and knew she wanted to do something more meaningful. She started a series of cooking pop-ups and pick-ups that eventually led to an inbox flooded with orders from customers around the city. But amid all the cooking and preparation and weekly food hauls, Thảo and Duy found themselves yearning to build something more, something that would bring them closer to home. In the summer of 2022, Vân Vân came to life with a foundation rooted in Vietnamese home cooking, history, and culture. At the heart of their business is a commitment to invest in local growers and support their livelihoods by paying a fair price for their products. By partnering with these growers, they aim to bring premium Vietnamese products to the world, showcase the country’s diverse flavors, and represent Việt Nam as more than just a war.
