Named after the seasonal delicacy of young green rice, the Cốm Vòng Dress is a celebration of texture and lightness. We took the foundational geometry of our classic Mặt Trăng (Moon) silhouette and opened the proportions, allowing for a wider bust and a more relaxed, approachable fit. The design culminates in a circular panel at the hem—a thoughtful construction that gives the silk organza a subtle weight and a sculptural sway.

As with all KAAREM pieces, the Cốm Vòng is born from a hand-drawn pattern in our Saigon studio. Silk organza is a temperamental fabric that demands a steady hand; our artisans hand-cut and hand-sewn each seam, finishing the piece with a blind hem stitch that disappears into the fabric. The back features a precise button closure and a discreet slit, ensuring that even the most functional details are handled with a craft-first mindset.
