The masks are designed and crafted the Kaarem way, with keen attention to construction, sustainability (remnant fabric is used) and handcrafted quality. Here are some key features:
- The pattern has a small dart on both sides of the nose for a closer fit to the face. It is designed to fit high on the nose, and to fit underneath the chin.
- We made our own ear loops out of 4-way stretch jersey that was sewn inside out so that the softer fabric touches the skin.
These are non-medical, reusable masks. It is NOT meant to be a substitute for medical-grade equipment or FDA approved.
This is the KIDS (2-4) size in Apricot (remnants from this dress) and the ADULT Medium in the Black Silk (the larger one) for comparison.
KIDS (2-4) size is intended for ages 2 to 3.5.
KIDS (4-6) size is intended for ages 3.5-5.5.
KIDS (6-8) size is intended for ages 5.5-7.5.

Each garment is designed and produced in our studio in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Features a handcrafted blind stitch at its openings. Details and variations in these natural fibers make this garment entirely unique.
