The Seaweed Jelly print draws inspiration from gelatin made from red algae, a key ingredient in a traditional Vietnamese dessert known as chè. Red algae, collected from the oceans near Central Vietnam, plays a vital role in marine ecosystems by producing oxygen and serving as a food source for marine life.
