Through a shared love for breadmaking, Chuong Pham (Kaarem) and Youssef El Hamdaouy (Habibà Kitchen), found each other through a field of IG posts. Several DM’s later, they discovered their common appreciation for ‘bold bakes’ and making things from scratch. Alas, we have the fruits of these initial conversations and are excited to bring Habibà to Que this weekend!

Featuring Habibà’s ubiquitous hummus and an assortment of toppings created by our teams during a choose-your-own-adventure taste testing.
On Saturday evening, the menu will be tapas style ‘hummus flights'—each serving consists of four pieces of sourdough pita with a base of hummus. From there, 13 different topping options are available for your choosing to eat along with the pita/hummus combo. Some topping highlights include: thịt kho nước dừa made by Kaarem’s studio team and homemade 30-day cured meat made by the one and only Tuyen Bui.

On Sunday, it’s a special one day only Brunch, from 11am to 3pm. Youssef will be serving a brunch-comfort dish, which originates from his Moroccan roots. The shakshuka dish (with three different iterations to expand your palette) will be served alongside Chuong’s sourdough : ).

But even more than that, we believe in the spirit and cultural value of gathering around meals, where food is always shared.

One Night Only! Bao La x Que pop-up this Saturday, November 14, 2020 from 5 to 10pm. Chef Bao La is flying solo in our home-style kitchen with a plant-based menu. We couldn't be more excited to share the fresh & tasty offerings Bao has come up with. Ingredients are inspired by the numerous places Bao has lived and as much as possible, ingredients are locally sourced.
