Join us next Thursday evening, October 24 from 6-9PM, to kick off the fourth installment of AR et al. with KAAREM, Studio Mondine and Abacus Row. We're setting up shop for a four-day pop-up, our first in California. Abacus Row will be launching their new fall collection. And the talented duo behind Studio Mondine will be back to create another stunning site-specific floral installation. (Here's a look back at the first installation).

Drawing inspiration from our shared Vietnamese American identities, this four-day pop-up will reflect our thoughts on and connections to the Vietnamese diaspora. In addition to shopping, you can also look forward to a film night, and some Vietnamese inspired drinks and bites that we’ll be offering through the event!

AR et al. is a series of pop-up produced at the Abacus Row studio in collaboration with independent artists, designers and small business owners. This is an on-going project that aims to showcase the work of fellow creatives, to build an interdisciplinary community and to explore various creative synergies.

Studio Mondine is a floral design studio based in foggy San Francisco, California. We seek to balance the lushness of English garden arrangements with the precision of Japanese ikebana in our work. We look to nature and the changing of the seasons to inform our designs. It's with feverish enthusiasm that we seek out the rarest ingredients, working directly with the finest flower farmers in the nation or cultivating these special blooms ourselves in our small cutting garden.

We create artisanal designs and products inspired by craft, community and our roots. Each piece is designed and crafted in our production studio where we specialize in finishing each garment by hand using the blind stitch method.
