The Seven Leaf hair tie — part accessory, part keepsake — takes its name from the rare medicinal plant “Seven Leaves, One Flower” (Bảy Lá Một Hoa). Its form echoes the shape of the plant, embodying quiet beauty and natural inspiration.
Crafted from silk remnants preserved in our studio, each strip of fabric is hand-torn and reworked into a petal-like bloom. Worn in the hair or around the wrist, the Seven Leaf offers a soft burst of color — a small gesture with joyful presence. Every piece is handmade, celebrating process, touch, and attention to detail.
Seven Leaf also represents our commitment to natural textiles and zero-waste design. Even the tiniest scraps — threads included — are collected, returned, broken down, and spun into new fibers, giving rise to fresh cloth. Reborn from remnants, it honors the enduring life of silk in its many forms.

The Blind Hem Stitch is Kaarem’s commitment to and celebration of cultural preservation. The craft of making an áo dài, the traditional Vietnamese garment that inspires the collections, focuses on the use of the Blind Hem Stitch where no seams are visible on the exterior. Kaarem is influenced by these age-old Vietnamese sewing techniques, and we seek to update them for our clothing designs. In each Kaarem piece, you will find the handcrafted care from our production studio team in Saigon.
