Each charm is made from 100% silk fabric remnants gathered and preserved in our studio. Hand-stitched by our team, every small horse is crafted slowly and intentionally, using the same techniques found in our garments.
Details include hand-braided loops, a signature construction method we use for button closures in our clothing, along with carefully finished edges and hand-applied elements. These familiar techniques translate our approach to garment-making into a small, sculptural form.
This process reflects our commitment to natural textiles, craftsmanship, and zero-waste design. Even the smallest silk scraps and loose threads are collected, returned, broken down, and transformed into new fibers, extending the life of the material beyond a single season. Reimagined from remnants, each piece honors the enduring beauty of silk and the values of transformation, longevity, and mindful making.

In celebration of Tết 2026, we have designed a charm of seven hand-stitched rainbow horses, honoring the Fire Horse (Bính Ngọ) which is balanced by the water element Thiên Hà Thủy (Heavenly River Water). Crafted from 100% silk fabric remnants gathered from our studio, each small horse embodies the fire-water spirit with heartfelt wishes sewn into every stitch by our team. Paying tribute to the symbolic meaning of the horse in Vietnamese culture, the design draws inspiration from our lead designer’s childhood memory of her family’s Cửu Ngựa painting depicting nine running horses. Traditionally found in Vietnamese homes this imagery represents strength, progress, and prosperity, with each horse holding its own symbolic meaning. From the power of one to the strength of nine horses, each embodies a blessing --harmony, protection, balance, and renewal-- moving through water and land to carry forward hope and abundance for the year ahead. Thoughtful details complete each piece: the horse manes are hand-stitched from individual strands woven together to symbolize growth and abundance, while the multicolored tassel tails sweep away misfortune, inviting clarity, prosperity, and peace for the new year.
Created as a symbol of renewal and good fortune, this charm celebrates Tết 2026 and honors the enduring spirit of the Year of the Horse.
